This page describes the conditions under which consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract concluded through our online store.

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, received the goods.

For service contracts, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract.

You can do this in one of the following ways:

• through our online withdrawal function;
• by e-mail to us;
• by sending a standard withdrawal form;
• by another clear written statement.

3. Online withdrawal function

The function is available without registration or logging in to a customer account.

After you submit the request, you will automatically receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you provided.

4. Details worth providing

So that we can process your request faster, please state:

• first and last name;
• e-mail address;
• order number;
• the product(s) or service you are withdrawing from;
• the date you received the goods, where applicable.

You are not obliged to give a reason for the withdrawal.

5. Returning the goods

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send or hand the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Refund

After receiving your withdrawal request we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where applicable.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method.

7. Condition of returned goods

The consumer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Please return the goods in suitable packaging where possible, to avoid damage during transport.

8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases provided by law, including but not limited to:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods that may spoil quickly or have a short shelf life;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent;
• services that have been fully performed, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

If a product or service falls under an exception to the right of withdrawal, this will be stated in the product information, the order terms or in our communication with you.
